Cheers.Full VersionI am a guy who goes to my main (KTM) dealer for everything.Anything that they say needs doing, I just get them to do it.Tyres, oil, anything and everything.I have grown increasingly concerned that I was being taken for a ride, my bike is under warranty and less and less they have wanted to do the warranty work.I don't know a great deal about bikes, so I've relied on them to tell me anything that needs doing.For some reason, many things they haven't bothered to mention and it's only when it gets serious or I get a second option that something needs doing does anything get done.My brakes, chain, sprocket and other things needed doing on the bike.In the end I got fed up of the Service Managers attitude and came to Hayden.What a breath of fresh air.So helpful, honest, friendly, dependable, knowledgeable and most importantly integral. I go to Hayden to do all the jobs now. My bike is in good hands.I feel Hayden is a guy I can really trust and I'll be going to him far more often in the future.

Very impressed with Hayden at First Motorbike Repairs. He was helpful and obviously very knowledgeable. The stand out feature for me was his honesty, he noticed some previous poor work by a Triumph main dealer (which I could confirm from checking the detail on previous pictures) and rather than ignoring or covering up, immediately let me know and offered possible solutions. Will be going back for all my future servicing.

Hayden works on your bike like it was his own, taking care to get everything right so that you have confidence in the work he has done. Very happy with the work done and price and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I do not have enough words of gratitude towards Hayden. I recently rebuilt the engine of my Honda XL700VA Transalp, which started to overheat. Not having a reliable mechanic I found him through Google. What a Gentleman! Without knowing me, he spent nearly 30min on the phone guiding me though all the possibles causes. Thanks to his advice I managed to fix the issue myself. Then a couple of days ago I took the bike to him to run a health check and I was greatly surprised seeing how knowledgeable ans thorough he was carrying out the inspection. Yesterday my breaks locked whilst riding (a job from other mechanic). Although he was fully booked he asked me to take the bike to the workshop and worked on it until very late in the evening. I can only say THANK YOU and feel so glad to have found a very honest, kind, knowledgeable and reasonably priced mechanic who will be looking after my bike whenever needed. 100% recommended.

Cannot recommend this place enough. Hayden was upfront about everything and was all round a great guy, went above and beyond with the work he did on my bike and I couldn’t be happier. If I could give more stars I would because he definitely deserves it.

Hayden is a genuinely nice guy who takes next-level pride in his work. My bike is running better than ever since I started taking it to First Motorbike Repairs, he does a really thorough job, will spot every issue, and will go out of his way to get your bike back to you quickly when you can’t be without it. After a service he even gave my bike a wash so it was a pleasure to pick it up.
