After I damaged my Neff oven I ordered a new piece of glass and adhesive from SGR Ltd, the new glass was delivered as promised, I fitted the new glass myself and now the oven is working again, this cost was 1/3rd of the price of the Neff replacement, so I couldn't be more pleased. I would recommend anyone capable of DIY to try fixing the oven themselves using glass from SGR before paying out to the OEM.SGR Ltd: It does exactly what is says on the tin"John Allen Chesterfield......"

I contacted this company to replace a failed double glazed unit. It took them ages to turn up to assess the job and I was promised a written quote.Nothing arrived, so I've had the job done by Window Replacement Centre who were a dream to deal with.If companies don't want the business, they should have the courtesy to say so.

Great service. Very helpful staff. They didn't actually have in stock what I needed but no issue, it was ordered in for next day.Glass cut perfectly to size as ordered and fitted nicely so I have a happy customer.Good safety protocols in place for Covid so excellent.Great to find a company that does sell glass. Not many left anymore.Will definitely use again when I need some glass.

I usually visit SGR for things such as cut glass, replacement double glazed units, stove glass and upvc door panels etc. Always manage to get fixed up with whatever I need. The freindly staff are knowledgable about what they sell and able to give reliable advice.
