I requested a quote to clean our cooker hood approaching a week ago. I submitted a request via their email form, and also telephoned.. I was told I would receive a call back, but nothing. Flogging and dead horse come to mind.

Had my oven cleaned. Rob came on time. Very professional. Spent 2.5 hrs cleaning dismantled everything. Cleaned and replaced. The oven actually looks brand new. Reasonable price.very thorough highly recommended. Just gets on with it. Can't recommended highly enough.
