The Lazer Clinic is a very friendly and professional place for the treatments you need. Everything is explained in detail so you feel at ease knowing that you feel fully informed and comfortable.Ruth and Ellen are lovely ladies who put you at your ease nothing is too much trouble.I have had treatments with Laura always so pleased with results she also is friendly and welcoming.Altogether I would recommend the lazer clinic for professional advice according to your needs that produces great results.

Debating for years to have a tattoo removed and after finding the perfect place (through lots of research) found therapist Ruth who provides the service. From the beginning she explained the procedure and totally made me feel at ease and reassured me throughout ensuring I felt relaxed during and after the treatment and the expectations of the service being provided. Very professional throughout facilities great and a perfect location. All staff lovely and welcoming. I am extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend.

When I called to make my first appointment, I was greeted by such a lovely lady who was able to book me in for a consultation. I was very nervous going in, and honestly quite embarrassed. But the level of service and professionalism was outstanding. I was made to feel at ease right away, and was told that they work with people who have my medical condition quite often, so not to worry. I felt as though I could talk about it as open and honest as I could, they gave an understanding and sympathetic ear, with a professional approach. I am due to go back in a couple of weeks, and don't have a worry at all. I could not rate this medically clean and homely facility any higher!

Fantastic service in this laser clinic time after time. Ellen and Ruth always take their time advising you on treatments and their different benefits. The results from laser sessions here are great - they also care very much about after care to ensure you get the best possible outcome from your treatment. I also had the omnilux treatment for the first time yesterday and my pores had reduced almost instantly, I will definitely be having this treatment again. The clinic itself is always clean, tidy, warm and welcoming. It also has parking which is a huge plus in menai bridge. Big thanks to the girls here

I am a man who suffers from melasma on my forehead which bothered me and affected my confidence.I spoke to several local companies who did not know how to go about treating it before I spoke to Laser Clinic North Wales.Even though they are a two hour round trip from my home, I am so glad I went to see them. The took the time to get to know me and researched my condition and the best way to treat it.The staff are very friendly (always asking about family, remembering names, etc) and extremely knowledgable about their jobs.I have been seeing them for roughly a year, the melasma now much better, and gladly made the trip for each appointment knowing I would be in great hands. Recommended!
