Reflexology Moves

Cheryl is amazing. The sessions I have had with her have benefited me both mentally and physically. As someone who finds is difficult to switch off, I often fall asleep during the sessions. I feel such a sense of wellbeing after my sessions and for the days following. One session is nice but having a package of sessions for me has meant that the sessions have become even better as Cheryl leans more about me. Just outstanding!
