Was sold a Stairlift with promises that they buy back if no longer required. Having only had the expensive stairlift installed for 5 weeks before mum passing tried to contact the elusive salesmen. Eventually being told he is sales and another team deal with installations and wouldnt receive anything for the nearly new stairlift contrary to what was said by the salesman.Avoid this company at all costs. They only care about the sale. Should be a candidate for watchdog Rogue Traders

You recently fitted a curved stair-lift for my mother. She does not use the Internet but she wanted to say a huge thanks for the job you did and thank you for everyone involved for making the stairs easy again and the brilliant staff who fitted the chair. It's the happiest i have seen her in a long time.

Very highly recommended. They were the only company that had a stairlift that could fit my mums stair case. She can now return home from residential care which we thought would never happen. Wonderful staff and brilliant service thank

The gentleman who came round to do a free home survey was very polite. He did not push me to order the stairlift unlike the other company who visited the day before. I decided to purchase the stairlift with Multicare Mobility and I am very pleased with it and the engineer who did the fitting was a great ambassador to your company .

The behaviour of the person on end of phone was a disgrace. My aunt recently died and we have been waiting for the payment after Multicare removed her stairlift. Firstly the operator put the phone down on my wife and then told us to ring back on Thursday to speak to the accounts department and was unwilling to smply pass on the message to get payment made. During this difficult type I would have expected a sympathetic response rather than an extremely confrontational and aggressive call handler. The sad thing is this has happened before when my father in law died when we had to chase the money when his stairlift was returned. Very sad that a company dealing with old and elderly people can conduct themselves in such a manner.

We were both very pleased with the stairlift fitted. Both men were very polite had the full PPE workwear on kept there distance they fitted the new stairlift made no mess on the staircase and did a very good job.

Had a stairlift installed two years ago. Excellent and speedy installation. Whenever I’ve phoned for assistance I’ve had brilliant service. A service engineer called Tom serviced the appliance in 2022 and again today. He is friendly, helpful and professional. Does an excellent job. I’m a full time carer which can be a bit isolating so it’s lovely having a good chat with him. Multicare is a company I would not hesitate to recommend.

I had ordered a stair lift for my Mum from another supplier, who let us down. Multicare on the other hand were great. Everyone I spoke with was professional and courteous. The engineer who installed the lift was very thorough and clearly took Mum through the instructions checking that she understood everything. Thank you all at Multicare.

I would highly recommend multicare mobility.They have gone above and beyond when I wanted to know what the right stairlift would be for my staircase.The surveyor was very informative to ensure we got the right product to suit my needs, this made me feel at ease to know I was being well looked after.Also the engineer who came to install my stairlift he was a hardworking young man, what a credit to the company. Would highly recommend.

Muticare came to remove the stair lift at my Dads house. Turned up exactly on time to the minute after a 200 mile journey. Smart polite gentleman. Removed quickly and with no damage leaving electrics safe. This is how to conduct business people! Very highly recommended.
