Well presented store. Shame it stocks less items than offered online. Staff unfortunately on this occasion were more interested in what colleagues were doing at the weekend than serving customers and the member of staff on the checkout seemed to think throwing items down at record pace is customer service haha.Apart from that the prices are very competitive especially with food prices increasing.

Where has that lovely young man gone? He was such a gentlemen! The rest of the staff were really no help at all when I needed it! One man always in the corner on his phone would redirect the work to anyone else around! Seemed like an awful working environment. Won’t be shopping here any longer!

Not too busy when I visited and several good offers saved me some money. I was disappointed that this store doesn't do home delivery; I thought all the Iceland shops did.

Come here regularly as great food and friendly staff. I am worried to read about all the closures of Iceland around the country as I know myself and many others in Cheadle would be lost without Iceland here as only have mini Sainsburys and Tescos which offer over inflated priced frozen food with very limited choice. If you don't have a car Iceland is fantastic here. PLEASE DON'T CLOSE OUR ICELAND!
