Kim performed micro suction on my 5 year old daughter’s ears. Kim was amazing! She put my daughter at ease as she explained and demonstrated the process in a child friendly manner. I was so pleased that my daughter co-operated and gobsmacked at the amount of wax that was removed. I highly recommend!

Had a blocked ear, rang up, got same day appointment, arrived early and was seen early. Ears unblocked with suction and no discomfort whatsoever. An excellent service, would highly recommend.

Have just had both my ears suctioned and cleaned of all the debris by Kimberley Spargo at Vale health care, Llantwit Major, I have visited them Three times now and find then very professional , more than happy with the result.would highly recommend them.

Vale Hearing has given me excellent assessment of, and care in, correcting my hearing loss.Kim has gone to great lengths to successfuly sort out my needs with as many consultations as required. She has made home visits which is so convenient with no extra cost. Moreover lengthy followup is provided.I can wholeheartedly recommend Kim Spargo' expertise, having had experience of other systems with no comparison to the service I received from Kim. My wife is now hoping to have similar assistance.

I have known Kim a number of years through her previous employment with a local audiologist in Bridgend. When I decided last November to update my older Starkey hearing Aids to the new Evolv AI hearing aids I contacted Kim who by chance was able to fit a pair of Evolv AI the same day as she had some in stock. After a couple of further appointments to make some minor adjustments I am very pleased to say as a hearing aids wearer for over 25 years that these are the BEST hearing aids I have ever owned. The Starkey TV streamer I have had for a couple of years works wonders when used with the new hearing aids and listening to music is a revelation. I would highly recommend Kim for her patience, knowledge and professionalism.

After attending the GP for a dreadful pain in my ear, I was sent away with instructions to call the emergency dental service and some olive oil drops. The pain and pressure were intolerable, and I called Vale Hearing to see if they had any advice or appointments. What amazing service! The lady on the phone advised me on how to selfcare, then fitted me in for an appointment that day. The audiologist, Kim, was fabulous; knowledgeable, reassuring, gentle and confident. 15 minutes later the immense pain I had experienced was sorted. I would not hesitate to visit again and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Kim came to my house to remove excess wax from both of my ears. She was professional, polite and very good at her job. It was removed very competently and was a great relief after two weeks of hell.

Very friendly and helpful staff, called and got an appointment within an hour of booking. Could barely hear a thing when I walked in but left feeling like I had a new set of ears. Absolutely amazing service, would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kim helped straight away when my elderly grandmother suffered temporary hearing loss. She was very professional and this was all done in the comfort of my grandmothers own home, which was amazing especially as she is blind and has limited mobility. Highly recommend, especially as she has all the most up to date equipment and knowledge to sort all hearing issues out.
