What a lovely person and amazing service !!!! I have a small nervous, reactive dog and Tracy has been patient and kind , Henry has even began to take treats from her. It makes a huge difference to us to be able to get about in her taxi I can't thank her enough for her help xxx

After worrying that I wouldn't be able to get my new puppy to puppy classes, having no access to a car at the moment and a reduction in bus routes I contacted Pet TraKa. Tracy answered me quickly and I've booked her services for a few weeks to taxi me back and forth, an absolute life saver!

Yesterday she was an absolute life saver, vet appointment was coming up within an hour & no taxi service would accept a cat + dog but luckily enough we found Tracey! Has a separator in the back so if two pets don't get along it's perfect, and she even waited for us at the vets + took the cat whilst we were walking the dog around before taking us home. Such a sweet, friendly genuine pet lover ❤
