Garage had the car for nearly 2 weeks. Charged me £300 for a £100 part. Seats were filthy when we eventually collected car. Very rude receptionist and awful communication. Stay away from here!

I would give 0 stars if I could, steer clear of this garage. My 18 plate Corsa had a coolant leak which needed a repair. I had only had the car for a month so luckily it was covered by warranty.I took it to J&G where they confirmed the pump had leaked but also that it had caused damaged to the head gasket. On the phone the head mechanic told me that they're all ready to go with it and they're just waiting for the warranty to approve the job, as they often drag their heels.But no wonder they were dragging their heels. J&G had quoted over £2000 to fix it! The warranty company called me and explained it was a ludicrous price for a corsa head gasket replacement and that other garages were quoting around £800 for the same repair.Ended up taking it to another local garage to get re-diagnosed and hopefully repaired for a lower cost. But it gets even better, the new garage called and told me they've run multiple tests and there's no sign of any head gasket damage. It just needed a pump replacement.Clearly J&G saw an opportunity to exploit a warranty company out of a couple grand without thinking about the impact of their clients life by not having my car for almost 3 weeks. I do hope that if the car wasn't under warranty they wouldn't have diagnosed imaginary problems with ridiculous repair costs but I wouldn't count on it. Take your car somewhere else.
