Arranged for them to come out, on a time and day that suited them, they suggested it, and they didn't show up and didn't even contact me to say they couldn't make it. Just poor service. Not a company id use or trust considering they fail at the first hurdle!

Did work on neighbours fence, came home to all tools and fencing on my garden,plus the workers sat down in my garden,left a mess behind which I ended up cleaning myself.

No stars would have been better. Booked for someone to come and give me a quote. No-one turned up and didn't even get a phone call or text to explain why. Unreliable to say the least.

Gave us a good quote for some fencing repairs, worked hard (job wasn't the easiest), very happy with result, tidied up afterwards and removed all rubbish from the site. Nice guys, happy to recommend.

Refund now received.I had a quote.for replacement fencing. The quote was £640 for the materials and £605 for labour. After thinking about it I contacted them and Donna stated that because wood was rising daily they needed the money for the materials upfront. Which I did and transferred the money to Timothy PERSONAL account on 17 July 2021 and arranged for the work to start on 9th August 2021. No one turned up and no one rang me. So I messaged Donna and asked if anyone was turning up to be told the van had broke down. She promised the work would be done on the 12th no one turned up i sent another  message, to be told work will be done 13th. As at today I have not received my money and the work has not been done.BEWARE DO NOT TRUST THEM.

A very good team of fence installers. They had a very challenging job to complete at my house. They were on time, worked hard throughout the terrible weather. And nothing was too much for them. They had to think on their feet when they were faced with massive obstacles. I would be more than happy to use again and will highly recommend them.

Crystal Fencing are exceptional. Hard working, professional, superb attention to detail, with immaculately clean and tidy workmanship. Great guys too. Highly recommended.

Really pleased with Crystal Fencing - Tim, called me back promptly after my initial call and message. He then came round the next day, listened and quoted for what I wanted. We set a date for the work to be carried out and now my new fence is up looking fabulous.The guys were prompt, courteous, cleaned up after themselves, fitted in an extra little job for me without fuss and finished the job as planned - Great job!
