We actually only visited the store to have a look but she was so persuasive and helpful that we ended up purchasing a few different tiles on the first visit. We were refurbishing our whole master bathroom, we’d been to all the major tile stores, inc Topp Tiles, Al Murad Tiles and Prime Tiles. We had decided to go for the large 60 x 120 Gold marble effect tiles. We saw the Roman Tiles Showroom on Lea Bridge Rd and decide to pop in and have a look. Such a lovely and professional looking showroom with a very large selection of tiles, most of which are on display to give you a better idea of what the tiles will look in your home. They had the gold marble effect tiles we were after at a reasonable price (cheaper than the other places we’d been to).We discussed our requirements with Joanna and what tiles we had decided to go for. Joanna showed us some photos from their Instagram account of their customers who had these tiles fitted, although it looked nice, we felt the tiles looked too busy. Especially considering that our bathroom was quite small. With her experience and expertise, she recommended the Calacatta white tiles; polished for the walls and matt for the floor. Despite our original choice being more expensive, she recommended the cheaper tiles – more about customer satisfaction than profit! We are so glad we went for her advice. The tiles look absolutely stunning and have transformed our bathroom. After about a month we had to order more tiles urgently, I made a call and was able to pick-up directly from their warehouse within minutes and as I didn't have cash on me, I was able to make payment later.Save yourself time and money and make Roman Tiles your first choice for your tiling needs. Great selection, very reasonably priced, very friendly and professional and great customer service before and after sales!
