Jo & Jerry have been absolutely wonderful, they go above and beyond to guide you in a very emotional time. Their professionalism and dedication to their jobs is something I will simply never forget. I simply couldn’t recommend them enough.

Sadly Gerry at Clacton came across rude and unprofessional, she answered the phone whilst talkng personally to others on 2 occasions. If this is an impression you get i would consider another option. Not the service we have previously enjoyed form this company.. Futher advice sought from NAFD.

Gwinnells took care of my Mum & the Funeral in November 2019 Nothing was to much trouble they went above & beyond to get everything thing we wanted. They were very professional & understanding, highly recommend I've already told my family that I want them to take care of me when it's my turn!

I cannot speak highly enough of Gwinnells. It was very daunting because I had never organised a funeral before and the people at Gwinnells in Holland-on-Sea guided me expertly through the process. They were patient, professional and compassionate and their help and advice eased the stress for our family during a heart wrenching and difficult time.
