While being professional, Angela is very welcoming, understanding and kind. She offers a comforting and confidential environment, and I instantly felt able to talk openly. In one session, I was able to feel more in control of issues that have bothered me for years. With absolutely no pressure from Angela to do so, I booked a second appointment - and felt equally pleased with my decision. Talking to Angela helps me to recognise more about my own behaviours - and I always leave feeling relaxed, confident and optimistic.
