Card payment took 5 mins to go through by which time I'd payed cash as well. No light inside and pitch black. Wish I'd read reviews first :(

Absolutely abysmal. I had to change my 4 and a half year old disabled child's nappy on a pull down changing table in full view of everybody because zero privacy is extended to children it seems. The changing table was located where people are in and out to the toilet and washing their hands which means my child was exposed to multiple people. Absolutely raging about this

Not too bad. Cost 40p to use, can pay with card or cash. If with someone else you can probably get in together and save 40p as the gates stay open long enough. Could also be possible to run in when someone else comes out if you're quick and don't mind hanging around outside a toilet.

council should not be charging 40p to use these health hazard chit holes. Very dirty not been cleaned for years disgusting for the tourism coming to YORK city but hey the council leaders will want there big fat pay rise

Clean, yes. But having to pay 40p to share a toilet with drug users who then leave all their paraphernalia behind on the floor? Avoid.
