Good quality, never had a problem with bits we have ordered.

I ordered school uniform for my daughter from here ,and am very dissatisfied with the fit of the uniform .As there are still no changing rooms ,which is wrong so long after covid restrictions have been lifted , they should have staff that at least know how to measure correctly.Unfortunately this shop has the monopoly, making it an expensive mistake that I can’t really afford .Hope schools start to take note that having to buy from here with no other choice is unacceptable in the current financial climate ,and offer parents more choices

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Very difficult to get uniform, and turn around is such a long time. My sons will be going to school this year without full uniform. The process is unessacarily stressful, if there were other providers available I certainly wouldn't be using this company.

Awful service in there.Ridiculously slow turnaround of getting the order, absolutely no point of the shop!!

The service and staff deserve 5 stars, however, the method you go through in order to buy uniform is a bit ridiculous. I needed to get my son fitted so 1. Had to go to the shop to do a fitting. 2. Then go home and order online. 3. Then wait to be told order was ready. 4. Go back to the shop to collect. This is ridiculous, particularly in the weeks running up to the new school year. Surely they can carry a stock of off the shelf items to buy there and then, at least in July and August, or at least allow you to purchase at the shop when you do your fitting. Parents are a captive audience when it comes to school uniforms and this company truly knows it.

You can't actually order clothes from here. You have to go to the website . It would be great if they had a service, ie like a tablet, where people could just order from while they are at the branch

Terrible service - son has had to start school without full uniform as it is taking an eternity to arrive. Never any reply when you call just a message stating the office is currently unattended. Wont be using again

Not good at all so far, the clothes/ bags take far too long to come. Find them quite rude and short of the phone asked if they would be open Friday to collect they said yes drove to Arnold the man up stair said they closed early. Drove here again today closed again. How can I come and collect if you are barely ever open?

Very poor customer service. Customer care is nonexistent. No other shop is available and only open 3 days a week.
