My Jeep has been in with them 3 times now for overheating. Each time I have been charged for them to look at it and for a new part plus fitting. It is still leaking Coolant and overheating £1500 later over 3 months I still don't have a working car. Called again and they want me to pay for them to look at it a 4th time!

Don’t use this dealership. Their after sales service is beyond a joke. An issue has gone on for almost 6 months to be told they can now no longer help and to contact a different dealer group for help.Also, you ask to complain and they state contact their website get their website states contact the dealership. Beyond a joke. Avoid at all costs.
