I bought a charger for my phone and for 4 hours it did not charge my phone for 21%I went back to them and this guy said they don't refund! And he had no complaints about the charger!What about this complian, it doesn't count?I just left them the charger and went out....Never seen somthing like that beforeIt's awful

Awful! Spent £12.99 on a disposable vape and had to go back because it was not working. They looked smug and told me to ‘come back on Monday when the manager is in’ and that they couldn’t swap it out for a new one. I have been in plenty of other stores where they have had no problem letting me swap. So unfair and truly disgusting customer service. I won’t be going there again and I will tell all my friends who often shop there not to bother if they don’t want to be ripped off!

Location fine, that's all I can say. Significantly Overpriced! Was over charges then had to request a breakdown on the items, and worked out over charged by £3.00. Quality of products are NOT of the greatest however yes souvenirs do have a inflation price but this isn't Gucci or Dior its Pound land quality products.It's a typical case of not following Economy of Scale but more like, charge what they feel is right ps nothing was scanned but type in Manuel on the till so do what the priceses.

Avoid the post office. Indian mafia - didn't bother to accept returns for Asos and lied about international postal times. The shop is as bad. The man charged me 3 Pounds for a 1.5 L water. Zom- bies

If you buy from here ask for a receipt! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! I was charged £8 for a bag of crisps and 1 pack haribo gummies. I only noticed after as I was in a rush!!!!!
