It took them from the beginning of April to August to come up with a solution that eventually they passed on to another company. Always said they would call back, didnt, get someone to call me, didnt! Useless, useless company that I was warned that their reputation was pants!The other company sorted it out in less than a week and was frankly fantastic.

Used the company for years. Good quality products at reasonable prices. Would order from the company with confidence.

Imho, a company too big for it's boots & understaffed !Hello, I'd like to buy a Blackwater 1911 4.5mm air pistol please ?Sorry, we cant sell you one as we don't deal with the public anymore !How does a company that buys other companies within the firearms industry, then steps away from it's local customer base stating that you have to use a local stockist& would you like to be put through to someone who can provide the information,then says it can't provide you with that local stockist information because of data protection !Were you interested in anything particular...ehhh !We can take all your personal detail however & send you the details ! (data protectiononly works in one direction ) How long will that take ?Oh, a couple of days as we are very short staffed !So, as I found out personally, rather than by internet rumours....a total waste of time& sounds from the call I made that they are staffed by children who do not listen !Edit : 24th November 2013So, after waiting 4 days for the list of local suppliers to be sent to me, no information was forthcoming. What a surprise....I had to search for what I needed via an auction site to then have to drive an 86 mile round trip to collect an item that could have been picked up locally from this most incompetent organisation 8 miles away.This kind of service does not bode well for SMK & any potential aftersales warranty which is now placed firmly in the hands of their stockists, the list of which is data protected" !Caveat Emptor"

Five star treatment by everyone at smk . Wholesale only but very good company to deal with.Very good company. The range of new guns is very impressive. Loads of stock today . Saw some guns that are coming soon . Watch the website for latest updates

This company has a huge range of air/gas gun related products. They are a wholesaler so you can't buy direct. Most hobby shooting shops stock SMK products however. I personally own three of their air rifles.

Poor quality air rifle, although cheap, but replacements for the weak plastic parts, which are sure to crack, are not available. The company is totally unhelpful, passing the buck to its suppliers, who are normally excellent for gun spares. This is awful customer service and I cannot recommend the company to anyone.

One of the best wholsalers in the trade to deal with. Have been buying goods from them for at least the last 30 years, service always has been impeccable. Can't fathom out the negative reviews because they certainly don't relate to any service I have ever received from them!

I am a registered firearms dealer and have been dealing with Sportsmarketing for nearly forty years. They are a superb company to deal with, and handle any problems quickly and efficiently. They supply the airgun TRADE only, not general members of the public, is it really THAT hard to understand. People are sometimes unrealistic, they expect a £60 Chinese air rifle to be equivalent quality to a £600 German or English weapon.

Been dealing with this company for a few years. Always been helpful the sales team are nice people with an ordinary jobs. I only have good things to say
