Sparkling Flues - Chimney Sweep
The chimney for our stove hadn't been swept for a few years and we have a rescue dog who isn't used to having people in the house. However, Emma and Paul were completely unphased and did a brilliant job. They worked quickly and quietly so after a few initial barks from the bedroom, our dog settled down.Emma was very quick to reply to our initial enquiry and there were timely reminders in the run-up to the appointment. A very professional job and will be using again next year.

I have used Sparkling Flues to clean the flue of our wood burner for several years now. Emma and Paul are always friendly and professional, happy to give advice and do a great job. Super organised too! I really like being able to book in for next year at the end of each visit, one less thing to remember! Highly recommended.

Emma and her husband were professional, efficient, reassuring and friendly. They communicated well and gave welcome advice for a clueless new owner. I’ve no frame of reference for price, but it was worth every penny for peace of mind after moving into a new house. Would absolutely recommend and will be booking her again for our annual service.

I have had my chimney swept for the last few years using Sparkling Flues.I find Emma and the team very kind considerate and respectful of my home.They always wear masks and ensure feet are clean and close doors etc.The work they do is always excellent and the stove is always clean and tidy, there is never any mess.I would recommend for the reliable and great service. And you can even pay on card which is convenient.

Emma is fantastic, shows up on time, cleans up every spec of dust and you can even pay immediately on card machine. Certificates are electronic now as well so no need to keep hold of flimsy bits of paper.

I found Sparkling Flues on google, looking for someone local and preferably female led (and they ticked both boxes!). The online form was easy to fill out and I got a quick email response within 24 hours. I was given appointment options which was helpful when working full time. Emma arrived within the slotted appointment time and worked quickly and left no mess at all. She gave me advice on the findings from the chimney sweep and recommended cleaning products and a stove thermometer which has made life much easier as a newbie wood burner owner! I was very happy with the service and will be using them again for my annual sweep next year.
