First time in this shop and the last older female assistant attitude terrible and very rude should go on course for customer service.

Footwear great.Customer service disappointing.Woman with huge fake eyelashes couldn't be bothered to refund me because I bought a pair of shoes from company branch in MetroCentre.It's not my problem you don't stock them anymore when I bought the pair less than 72 hours ago.The lady had the nerve to ask me, are you sure you don't want anything else?If I did exchange them for something in store, you would have still had to deal with the problem of keeping them shoes in your shop no? Or would you have thrown them in the bin?Anyway, I got my money back.It's not your dad's shop. Take it easy.

What a great store. And yet with a shop full of around 40-50 customers there's only 2 members of staff available, and when approached they are straight away dismissive and unhelpful. Nevermind no one is manning the tills, and they are both on the phone, chit chatting about nothing and wasting customers time. In comparison MetroCentre Deichmann Store has about 15 members of staff, much more friendly and happy and always ready to help unlike in this shop. Shame. And not recommended.

Just had really bad customer service today.First of all the shop was a messSecondly the size of shoe I needed wasn't there so looked for a member of staff to see if they had any our the back. I asked and immediately got cut off and directed to the till rudely.I went to the till and the member of staff on the till was dealing with a query. When it came to being served she looked on the till there was in fact the size I required in the stock file. She then went over to where they were. Then went to the back leaving the till with a queue.She said there was none out the back so asked if there was a way to order online in store.She told me someone was looking out the back still. Conflicting information.So I had to wait again.Then another member of staff came over and took my order online. No mention if they found the shoes or not.I'm thinking the person who was on the till lacked the training to do the order.More training and helpful staff would make me think about using this store again in the future.For now I will not be returning any time soon

I was anxious to go purchase some shoes, until a very friendly, well mannered young lady named Heather approached me at put me at ease. You see, i usually have trouble purchasing shoes as i am never happy with what i buy. Anyway, i had seen these shoes.. They were brown, in summation they are brown shoes. I like brown shoes. I also like blue shoes, but they get dirty easily so i wanted these brown shoes. These shoes are an improvement over walking around barefoot! More comfortable and safer! Like 200% safer. You can step on lego in these shoes and it doesnt hurt. Amazing with hot concrete. I still stub my toes quite abit though, but these shoes take the brunt of the hit. Anyway, young Heather put me at ease and sold me these amazing brown shoes. I will definitely be back and if it was anyone else i wouldnt have purchased as most people arent approchable in the shop. :) thanks
