Bought some Siennasol from Spraytanpro. Best tan ever.

This is the best solution ever and i have tried many including fake bake st tropez sunless solutions nouvatan which is very orange vanity tan california tan reem tan not bad omg tan andca few other top brands i cant think off top of my head but this is amazing the best colour it dries fast the bronzer is a nice colour it last around ten days and the fade off is the best it fades like a natural tan buy it u will mot be dissapointed myself and clients love it customer service is the best unlike some i wont name thanks spraytanpro siennasol hayley wood x

0* I am actually disgusted - I have been a loyal customer using sienna tan & machine for many years. I purchased a new machine in December as i felt it was time for a new one. I had only done 3 spray tans in the time I purchased this machine. I started one of my tans on a client, mid tan the hose popped off and then the machine stopped working. I then emailed Siennasol who advised me to turn the hose etc etc which I did. The hose eventually stayed - they also advised I clean the nozzle etc and sent me a video again which I did. I went to do a spray tan last night still the machine is not working. I have done EVERYTHING they have asked - then have them proceed to tell me I'm not cleaning it correctly... Now there saying I need to send it to them for them to fix and send back to me?? I told them I have clients Wednesday (this has been going on since last Tuesday) It could have been resolved in time but it hasn't. Oh also they told me they have no stock! I've just gone through the steps to buy another one and it didn't state they have no stock (laughable) I don't have time for this - I am loyal and have been buying with you for years .. you now want me to send this back for then you to fix and send back to me? I have clients - paying clients who are relying on me to tan them. I am so disgusted with the way I've also been spoken to via email. Like I am stupid ...... stating the obvious which I have done. Telling me to send them pictures and videos of how clean my machine is??I am so gutted but 2 LOYAL customers who will never be buying from again!
