My dog has found 2 new friends ...same day groom and arrived as expected no trying to sell you treatments you dont want and very reasonable prices...will definately use again and would highly recommend...

Is was a hassle to get a response for a appointment, then when I got there today no one was at the house. Tried to call and got the phone put down on me and when I text I got no response. Not the way to run a business.

My dog was outside in the van for 20 minutes the lady said between 10-11 she would be at my house, she got to mine at quata past 11 and was done by 25 to 12 and Wanted to charge me £25. I asked her why she didn’t cut her wich I asked her for a full groom on text she said that was fine and the price was £25 which I assumed was included in a cut. She just washed her and cut her nails. She told me because I told her she was short hair she didn’t bring her clippers which I did tell her but my dog is deffo not a long haired chihuahua. I asked her if I could bring her to her home and she can cut her there in her van she told me no and said to me to just give me £20 so I did but for £20 minutes nail cut and wash i think is shocking!! The man was lovely but the women had a really bad attitude. Will NOT be using again!!!

Very pleased with my dog groom after he had very long hair with not been groomed since January and was mattered and she done a great job. Thankyou .

Took my old dog Smudge here not long ago. Christine the owner took very good care of her, smudge isnt usually isnt one for new people but Christine was reassuring and so sweet. Very attentive, kind and overal a lovely service at a very reasonable price.
