I rent out a house in Northampton through William H Brown. The latest inspection revealed some major issues, which needed addressing without delay. Jamie Holdback from the Norwich office arranged with due urgency for assessments and quotations from several contractors with different skill sets. Once I had given the go ahead, she scheduled them to complete all the work required, regularly (sometimes several times a day) reporting back to me or clarifying requirements. This clearly represented a considerable amount of additional work for her and I would like to commend her thoroughness in managing the contractors, as well as her patience in dealing with my numerous emails relating to this work.

I am very grateful to the Agency for their participation and assistance in finding tenants for our house.Especially Louise Holyhead, who was very patient, politely helped and clarified all the questions and problems that we had, due to our personal inexperience, helped with the viewing and selection of tenants. She assisted in the preparation of documents, their clear understanding and signing them, despite the distance.We are renting a house for the first time and Louise helped to feel confident and calmly entrust our house to the tenants.Also, thanks to Laura Garrard for helping with documents and answering questions, viewing and selecting tenants.I recommend this Agency and I am pleased to be their client.
