Personal Trainer - Urban Flow Fitness
I decided to start with Rowena to improve my training as I had reached a plateau and felt that my old gym routine just wasn't working. I haven't looked back since. Rowena has been great for me: a varied programme of core and strength exercises; every session different so it keeps it interesting; very helpful with technique and great at pushing you that extra step (or lift); always happy and friendly which makes a difference in the park at 6am. I am stronger and fitter and she has made me look forward to our sessions! Would recommend her without hesitation to anyone.

Personal Trainer - Urban Flow Fitness
So when my other half suggested I get a personal trainer I figured the writing was on the wall to finally get more active and regain some fitness. I started with Rowena a few weeks later and have been training for over a year now. My problem over the years had been joint pain and bad knees, particularly having had multiple ligament and tendon reconstructive surgeries on both knees, so I was initially quite skeptical and apprehensive with the exercises. What has been great about training with Rowena though is her unique ability to tailor a custom training plan to fit my specific set of issues. She is extremely adaptable and knowledgeable about the way various muscle groups, tendons and ligaments of the body are supposed to work so when I feel knee pain in a specific area she has this incredible ability to make subtle moderations to the exercise that alleviate the joint pain but still isolate the intended target muscle groups. As a result I have been able to continue strengthening and progressing, with Rowena always finding myriad different ways of tackling the specific muscle group for the day. I am now much fitter and active than I've been in years and would recommend Rowena to anyone looking to regain fitness post joint injury or surgery.

Rowena is an awesome yoga teacher - fun, dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic whilst purposeful and calm. Her classes flow through centering breath to strong, energetic poses with clear instruction and excellent anatomical cues so that you can get the most out of a class whether you're new to yoga or have years of experience. Highly recommended :)

Personal Trainer - Urban Flow Fitness
Rowena Ramsell is helping me to achieve improvements in my health, fitness and lifestyle. I had never had a personal trainer, and worried about feeling self conscious as I opened up my poor fitness levels to scrutiny. Within a few minutes of the introductory session, my anxieties lifted. Rowena did, and continues to provide an excellent balance of support and challenge. The sessions are progressive, interesting and fun (I cannot believe I'm saying that about exercise!) She is thoroughly professional and obviously draws on extensive experience and expertise in her field. I would encourage any reader to take the plunge and get in touch with Kangen Trainer.

I can’t recommend Rowena enough!I have worked out with personal trainers before but not really enjoyed the process. Working out with Row is fun. She is super enthusiastic and positive (but not in annoying way)! She makes me work way harder than I ever would on my own and she gets the best out of me but I genuinely enjoy the sessions. I don’t get bored because each session is different. Row does focus on your goals and what you want to achieve but not to the extent that it excludes all else. I really like this approach, it feels more balanced and sustainable and I have had fantastic results. After a few months with Row, I am slimmer, more toned, stronger and faster – and I feel better!

I've been training with Row for over two years, no two sessions are ever the same! Sessions are fun, focused and the time flies by. I've noticed huge improvements in my fitness, mobility and overall passion for exercise. I can't recommend her more highly.
