Great service needed a spare for a boiler on Sunday.. Sent a txt - 1 hour later I had the part and a warm house again!

Do not use never answers phone or email. Spent 25 pounds on a item didn't turn up ask for a refund still waiting

After posting question regarding part I was told needed for boiler at approx 10pm I was amazed to get reply within ,10 minutes and further to this was able collect part following day (, Sunday). Great customer service.Thankyou

I was provided with excellent assistance to find a boiler stat part for a Glow-worm Spacesaver KFB 50 boiler, which was considered obsolete by British Gas. UK Heating Spares Ltd were the only company that could source and provide an original part. I was given details on the origin of the said part, so I could provide full details and evidence, so British Gas could install. Thank you UK Heating Spares Ltd
