Redford Pet Crematorium

A couple weeks ago my beloved hamster Bailey passed away, and as this was my first time having one of my pets cremated I was unsure on how things worked. Christine was quick to reply to my email and was extremely compassionate. When myself and my partner took Bailey, we were greeted with a lovely room to say our final goodbyes in. Christine and Euan had set up baileys urn on a lovely table for my partner coming to collect her. Thank you for being so kind and thoughtful at this tough time for us.

It has taken me a long time to write this review as the loss has been far too painful.I would like to thank everyone at Redford Pet Crematorium for offering the most sincere and thoughtful service. At such an incredibly difficult and upsetting time, they offered kindness, empathy and gentle support.The location is quiet and peaceful. The whole process was dignified which I greatly appreciated. I am grateful to have been able to say goodbye in the most respectful way, being assured of individual cremation.Life will never be the same without my baby boy. I will never stop missing him, thinking and dreaming of him.Thank you Euan and Christine for your empathy and kindness.

Euan was really kind and he was excellent in handling our dog's cremation. The quick response and arrangement and getting my dog ​​back with us very quickly are all very much appreciated. He is compassionate and clearly an animal lover. Getting the slight touch of a paw print or a lock of hair means a lot to us. I really cannot thank him enough for his kindness during a very difficult time. Definitely recommend Euan of Redford pet crematorium and his services.

From the very first phone call I knew our boy would be in safe hands. What a wonderful service you provide, the attention to detail was first class and made saying goodbye to our Buddy just that little bit easier. Thank you

From the very first call, I knew I’d made the right choice for my beloved girl. Euan and Christine are wonderful people and have the most beautiful setting to say a private farewell and give you all the time you need to say goodbye. Arrangements can also be made via your vet but for me I felt it was important to do this myself, she was my baby after all and I think it’s really great thing to have the opportunity to do so. There’s option of collection but again, for me, it was important to take her for her final journey since she loved her car so much.There was never any rush, not even when I made the first call and just couldn’t get the words out. Ailie was ready to return home in less than 24hours which brought us immense comfort, on collection her urn was beautifully laid out for us, with flowers and a little clipping of her hair, we also opted for inkless paw prints which are just a fantastic keepsake. It was really lovely that they had a genuine interest in Ailie, asking what she was like and listening to our stories, they just showed so much compassion. Everything was just so beautifully perfect even if it was such sad circumstances. A heartfelt thank you euan and Christine for looking after my little girl ❤️

Thank you so much for the care and compassion you showed when we sadly had to bring our beautiful Ruby to you on Saturday. The service we received was truly exceptional and made this heartbreaking task a little easier. Every detail was considered and we are grateful that Ruby received the dignity she deserved, in such a beautiful and peaceful location. When we came to take her home today the small details reflect just how much empathy you both have for grieving owners. She's now back where she belongs and we are so very grateful for your kindness at this sad time.

It was such a comfort to find this tranquil place after the passing of our beautiful Rory.Euan and Christine were so caring and compassionate, true animal lovers.We got a lock of Rory's hair and pawprints, they even have a little black hearse to afford your pet maximum dignity when collected.Knowing he was in such caring hands helped us enormously.Thank you both.

Ryan, Jan, Joanne, & Riley would like to thank Euan & Christine for their love and care of our little Yorkie, Pippin, after he passed away on Monday last week. Pippin, who was just ten years old, was a feisty wee lad who we all loved so much.Thank you so much for your kindness and compassion in taking care of Pippin for us. He will live on in our hearts forever until we are together again.
