Having always been slightly wary of using garages in London, after previously being stung by a rogue trader, I opted for Archway Motors for my MOT because of the reviews and how helpful they were on the phone. I wasn't disappointed - superb service, fair price and very accommodating after I had to leave my car there overnight. Particular praise to Angie who runs the front desk!! Definitely going back again.

There is no better place to get you car fixed in Fulham. This is the best repair shop I’ve come across in 40 years of owning cars.Angie took my daughter’s car in with failing brakes and fixed it with no fuss and with totally transparent pricing.If I could, I would give them 10 stars!

I've been going there for over 20 years, from my bachelor-days MG Roadster to my married-life-and-3-kids 'people carrier' -- and a couple of cars since.I've always found Martin and his mechanics really helpful and pleasant. As is Angie , on Reception, and Joyce before her.To be honest, it's not the cheapest garage around, and I expect their prices do, to some extent, reflect the local 'Chelsea Tractor' market -- as has been said in a couple of other reviews -- but Martin's running a business, has very competent staff to pay, and does a good and honest job.I'd certainly recommend him -- although my current car has to be quite the least smart to visit his garage!-- Simon Risley

Martin and his team were very good to deal with, good communication throughout the whole repair process, and Martin is an absolute old school professional. Repairs were done to price quoted and even included another item that he found whilst doing the main repair that needed doing as well, all within the agreed price. Will definitely be going back there, the days of Kwik-Fit are over!

Expensive. I think this place appeals to wealthy 4x4 owners who think they have stumbled on a friendly family run garage but my service was twice as much as another garage nearby. The work done was fine, the mechanic I spoke to was very good but the first person I spoke to claimed that my diesel car needed it's spark-plugs checked...!

Brilliant. Thanks to the complete incompetence at Kwik-fit Armoury Way I needed an MOT asap and the guys got me booked in the following working day.Not only was the MOT done promptly, but unfortunately what seemed every bird in SW London had decided to perform a dirty protest all over my car a few days before. Archway Motors chucked in a wash and valet for free!Great service. Kwik-fit have lost this customer for good.

Incredible service. Super quick to repair my Q3. Amazing customer service and very flexible with drop of times. Very easy to deal with. No fuss or frills. I had dropped off my car and diagnosis within 30 mins. Fixed the same day.

I can't rate Angie and her team highly enough. I found myself stranded with an unresponsive engine after draining the battery while parked to take a call (although I didn't realise this). Feeling very anxious and distressed, I called Archway Motors from a google search of nearby garages. Angie didn't have anyone in the garage as she was a man down and another mechanic was out on the road already. However she told me to sit tight and she would see what she could do. Then a lovely man with arrived with reassuring words and a power gadget that got my battery back firing on all cylinders. Certainly the most heroic emergency service I have had the pleasure in encountering. I think I will even come back from deepest, darkest Bermondsey to have my car serviced here from now on! Thank you.

Quick, quality and very reasonably priced. I drive a micra 05 micra, obvs always looking for value. They also didn’t lump VAT on AFTER the quote like loads of garages do.
