Arnoulds Gym

I have been involved in the fitness industry for 10 years now. As a personal trainer myself, I always find something I don’t like about a gym. Until I went to Arnoulds! Firstly the equipment is up to date, immaculate and has every piece you could possibly need. The staff are very friendly and members are welcoming!(no snarlers) The overall cleanliness of the gym is like no other, SLOTLESS 24/7! They offer a good range of classes and PT services! No chance I will be moving gyms anytime soon, I’ve found my home!

Been training at Arnoulds since a few months after it opened. Since the first day it felt like my home from home- Gary, Emma and everyone down there makes you feel so welcome and the family community spirit really shines through. Great bunch of people, equipment second to none- positive and relaxed vibes all over! Ive managed to lose over 50kg since joining, absolutely changed my life and the staff and members have been nothing short of amazing with positivity and comments- absolutely love the place and will continue to be a member as long as it is open.

I’ve been training for a few years now and recently moved to the area. This gym blows every other one I’ve trained at out the water. Amazing equipment and really good bunch of people down there. Almost don’t want people to know about it because it’s such a hidden gem but can’t not rate it.

Started a few months ago and was extremely anxious my first time. I'd been to a lot of gyms with toxic gym culture and always felt really uncomfortable and ended up leaving or to be honest feeling intimateded. Arnoulds gym is deliberately friendly and makes a keen point in making sure everyone, at all points of their fitness journey, welcome. I really look forward to my workouts now and it also helps that the members are super friendly and the gym is really spacious and clean! I love coming here and recomend everyone does too!

Hands down the best gym on the Wirral. The Equipment is on point and other members are very friendly and helpful. It’s nice to see people respecting a gym and it’s fellow members. The staff on my induction were also brilliant and very knowledgable of the equipment.

Hands down the best gym I've been to in 10yrs of fitness. Amazing machines amd staff. Their Day Pass is a great teaser if you are thinking of joining ...which you will!

After not training for a few years and really suffering with mental health and self confidence I took the decision too just go the gym and have a nose. After having a discussion with the lad behind the counter he gave me so much positive advice. I actually went tonight. I only done 20 minutes but the advice and positive comments from the staff really meant another and I will be sticking too routine. Thank you so much

This gym is out of this world. It hosts the latest and best gym equipment there is to offer and is fully equipped with a huge range of free weights, cardio, and resistance stations.The gym is a family run business which gives it a personal and welcoming touch with friendly personal trainers (if needed).I can't express how good this gym is.

I have been coming to arnoulds gym for around 5 months . I love how all the equipment is set out , making it much easier to flow through my session . The bathrooms are well maintained and i love how the showers are in private individual rooms, also comfortabe and spacious . I love the flexability of the memberships and also the option for day passes so people can try out the gym to see if they like it including classes. The gym is kept clean and tidy by staff , ive had positive interactions with all staff here, they are always on hand to give me advise and encouragement and there is always a smile and a nod to be had , .. the patrons of this gym are also very friendly , ive never felt any judgement or ego from anyone here and i always feel at ease walking through the doors . Its nice that everyone racks their weights after using equipment to keep gym hazard free and tidy they are all very respectful of this .. i also appriciate that this gym offers a discount to blue light workers and vertrens , its great to see that this gym gives something back to the people who support our communities and protect our country .
