IMO Car Wash

Avoid!! If you don’t want damage to your car!Have used this car was for many years, a couple of months ago my car was damaged almost at the end of a wash.I informed the attendant who laughed and told me it must have been my fault.I contacted customer services who basically denied any responsibility and said that there wasn’t a chance my car was damaged at their car wash.I’m now left with a repair bill .

Unbelievably poor service and quality. I went for the triple soap wash, left with murky water stains all over, a large mark I can't clean off across the roof of my car and a dent on the door handle. The car barely looks cleaner than what it went in like.The dent on the door handle was caused by one of the staff who casually smashed his jet house in to my door handle.Avoid. Not worth the value. Go to anywhere other than here.They were also very rude.I'm annoyed at myself for giving them a go. Don't make the same mistake. I'm off to get some T-cut.

I'd recommend the £11 wash. Nice result and easy and quick. Don't forget if your car has auto emergency brake to switch this off.

It needs improvement. Many times I had no proper cleaning inside. : ( The guys are always cleaning fast, but they provide poor services.

I went to IMO car wash in sittingbourne today and I was very disappointed. No pre wash to wheels glass and body work not cleaned properly. Dirty water marks all over my car not what I was expecting.I last used this car wash 2 years ago. I won’t be going back. Waste of £10.

Went here for the 1st time and purchased the £18 ceramic option. Roof, windows and bonnet were immaculate. Unfortunately the lower part of the car, the boot and wheels looked as if they hadn't been touched. Once home I washed the rest myself. Beading the day after was good and dried really well. Won't be using again, little bit more effort would have made a massive difference, shame. See pics.

Friendly welcome as always and competitive price range of different washes available including Valeting service, self service pressure wash, and vacuuming available also.Easy to get in and out of the area as there is a lot of space to manoeuvre and it is easy to exit as it is close to the road with Pizza hut, Kentucky, and Morrisons super market close byAlways fun to do as you are automatically transported through the conveyor system with lots of different coloured waxes with a sort of bubble gum smell! Love it!At the end of the wash you get a heart stopping automatic blow dry and your done and set to drive off home with a nice shiny car.Always happy to get my car washed here, fab

I will not be using this site again, went to use the jet wash today paid for 8 minutes then the machine did not work.Went to the assistant and told him about it and he said this machine does not belong to us and told him it has imo all over it and it is on your site, he them turned around and said it is not my problem.Poor customer service

Maybe it was good car wash, for reasonable price, no the cheapest wash is 4.50 and still they can't wash car properly. First time I left this garage and didn't realise how poorly they washed, no it has been through a 2nd time and I told a guy, do a good prewash with a jet and still he didn't manage to do it. I complained afterwards, but been told by this foreigner I should have bought it wash for 8 pound.Shocking service, will never use it again. Hand-wash not a lot more expensive and they do proper job.

For a car wash place, they don’t seem to care that you’re paying money to get your car washed, and then when your car is far from clean they then expect you to have to pay again for a car wash you’ve just paid for.Staff don’t look after your vehicles, been there on several different occasasions where they have knocked the bodywork with the jet wash head, only to find a scrape or scratch there once you get home.Awful service, and don’t get what you pay for, even if you do pay for the top package, they still couldn’t care less if your cars cleaned or not.Go elsewhere would be my advice…., it would be cheaper and better quality and less damage to your vehicle.
