Valorant K9 Academy

Excellent training. When we rescued our 3yo dog we were told she was aggressive and we would never be able to take her to the park or the beach and she would bark and lunge at other dogs from 100ft away. After 5 sessions and plenty of training on her regular walks she now has several doggy friends she plays with and we're comfortable taking her off lead on quieter fenced in areas, and she's been to the beach several times. She now barks only rarely and only when passing up close. The trainer is excellent and his dogs are adorable. Highly recommend. We didn't even need the last session.

My 2 year old Belgian Malinois has recently completed a 4 week board and train with Valorant K9 Academy, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!Adam was the primary trainer during her stay, and the work he and the team put into her reactivity issues is amazing, as a rescue that hadn’t had the best start in life, prior to her board and train we were making very little progress with her severe car and dog reactivity, and had previously wasted time with local trainers who were completely out of their depth with her breed and her issues. Adam was able to quickly get on top of her extreme behaviour around these triggers and encourage her to begin to make good decisions instead. The balanced approach to training that Adam utilised, while dealing with both the behaviour and the underlying causes was exceptional, and we have been able to continue building on that foundation both in the handover training sessions and now back at home. My dog is definitely starting to live her best life because of the work Adam and the Valorant team did with her, and we are extremely grateful.

Absolutely amazing! Best decision I made for my dog was to get Valorant K9 academy to work with him. Fenrys was an incredible reactive GSD puppy for his age towards dogs and people, only with seeing people in the distance, he would go ballistic lunging, barking and even foaming. Just after the first session with Adam he stopped that behaviour. He walks with his slip collar without barking or lunging at people anymore, maybe the odd little woof but that’s all! He is only 7 months so he obviously has his little moments. From absolutely dreading walk time with him to being my favourite part of the day :). Adam also provided us with lot of information and different techniques to sort out some behaviours and it helped has massively :). He has now finished his reactivity course but it won’t be the last course he will do with them, I can assure that! Again, thank you so much for all your help!

I rehomed a lovely boy and was told he was good with dogs etc etc but he wasn’t he was highly reactive and redirected a few times. I needed help and got the reactivity package. We worked with Jonny and over time (no quick fixes which I don’t think everyone understands) we can now be around dogs without an explosion and me getting nipped. We are constantly making progress. They found a method which worked for my dog and once we found that he is coming on leaps and bounds. I love our monthly walks which help so much and they are always on hand for advice if needed. I’m not sure I would have coped without them. I’m looking forward to making further progress with their help.

We had an amazing experience with both the 1 to 1 training and the academy. The team are all super knowledgeable and happy to work with you and any questions you may have. My dog was anxious and reactive before attending Valorant K9 but through working with the team he is so much better and only gets better the more we do!We still attend Valorant K9 through the academy and any extra training sessions that appeal to enhance his training.

Our dog went to Valorant K9 residential training and wow, what a difference! We met the trainer before hand and knew he would be in safe hands and well looked after. We got daily updates on WhatsApp, which was brilliant, as we missed him so much! Jonny worked on the few issues we had and it was like magic! Follow up sessions were a great way of gaining tips, so we could continue the training correctly. I would recommend Valorant K9 to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent knowledge and understanding. Why try everywhere else just come here 1st. Spot on for any breed, but if you have a reactive German Shepherd, they will help.Help your dog by contacting this academy. Get the tools you need to remain in control.My dog Jax was barking at most things when we got him 4 month old, (scared, nervous). Barking at People but mainly dogs.Only been going every two weeks for the past 3 months and the turn around in him is amazing. He still reacts but I feel more in control and no where at the level he was reacting. His come down is much quicker. He is more focused on me the handler. Hardly pulls on the lead anymore. Can tolerate other dogs on walks. Working with Adam & Jonny. Jax has a future with us.

We are so pleased we found Jonny and the rest of the team at Valorant to help with reactivity in our 8 yr old rescue collie-cross, Max. I only wish we had found them sooner. After spending a lot of money to receive pretty useless advice about four years ago (basically, just to avoid all dogs) we had gotten to the point where walks were really stressful and Max was showing aggression towards most large dogs when out on walks. Unknowingly, following the professionals advice we had been given previously, we were simply making him more anxious and therefore more reactive toward dogs. I initially called and spoke to Bella, after Max had bitten another dog and it felt like a bit of a last resort to be honest. She was understanding and non-judgemental and I decided to book him in for a day training package. Admittedly I was quite skeptical about seeing any results, based off of our previous experience with a dog trainer, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. After just a couple of sessions, Max’s reactivity was almost non-existent in sessions and with Jonny’s guidance we saw similar results with the work we did at home. Jonny helped to educate us (in a really non-patronising way) about how to correctly handle Max, how to build his confidence and manage dog encounters. Bella has also been a great help, giving advice about dog nutrition when Max had been unwell (even when she should have been relaxing on holiday!) It’s clear that the team are both knowledgeable and passionate about the work they do. Max is now a happier, more confident dog and we both really love walks again! I would 100% recommend Valorant to anyone who has a dog with reactivity or behavioural issues. Thank you so much!

I had struggled with my Doberman’s on-lead reactivity. We had reached the point where walks became unpleasant and very difficult even thought we used a trainer. I did a lot of research and came across Valorant K9 academy, and I thought I will give it ago. Now I can say that thanks to the Valorant K9 team, I have a new dog, I never thought I would have been able to walk her in a busy park or pass any other dog without incident. After 3 months of commitment and hard work, along with Adams and Jonnys guidance I have a well behaved dog who gained more confidence and built our connection and became more engaged with me. The Volarant team opened my eyes as to why dogs act a certain way, which helped us to adjust her life at home environment. We joined Volrant academy which is an amazing platform to educate yourself and keep up with the training. I want to say thank you to all the Team, your services are worth every single penny. Thanks to you I have a dog who enjoys being off lead and is nutrual. We will continue this journey to reach Nalas and Millie’s full potential.
