I am very Happy and Positive about trinity college Leeds. They have cooperated with us very nicely and it had gave me more confidence to give my exam. I have also passed my exam confidently. Another reason where Trinity College is helpful and understandable is when I got late due to traffic and thought the exam would be cancelled, but little did I know it did not. They said it is fine and gave instructions and I did my exam. I would give it 5 ratings.

Everyone in the Leeds office was extremely efficient, helpful and totally polite. I have a hearing impairment and can not explain how tremendous the whole office was with my predicament. They went out of their way to make sure I was assisted in any area of my appointment. Not forging the examiner Rachel, she was brilliant. Thanks to all in the Leeds office. Keep it up. Gail.
