Very accommodating and friendly staff on arrival for 2 wet walkers! The history of the building is awesome and perfectly located in Denbigh. Short bus ride from the Offa’s Dyke path in Bodfari.

We stopped here last November and it was brilliant.We went there tonight for something to eat and just like our first exercise it was brilliant. Decent priced food, excellently cooked and presented, only problem was we were both stuffed and couldn't sample the desserts which looked fantastic but my belly just wasn't big enough or my eyes were bigger than my belly.The beer spoilt for choir. The staff 1st class all were friendly, helpful and kept us informed with the progress of our order and remained in the background when not needed.Overall a beautiful building showing its historic roots, staff that make you feel like old friends and food that's tasty and plentiful.Definitely a place I will bring friends n family too.:-)

Dont bother, I think the other reviewers went to a different place! Visiting Denbigh, walked in at 6pm on a Saturday, was told that even though there were empty tables in the bar, they were too busy and not taking walk ins". There was only 2 of us

We went today for something to eat, 10/10 the food was amazing and reasonably priced, the staff were very friendly and even to my son who is 6, I would definitely recommend this place, the bbq wings and pulled pork was amazing

Exceptional food and great service. We didn't stay over so cannot comment on the rooms, we had a meal plus drinks before an event.Would definitely recommend.
