Disaster of an experience with this company. They push you to sign unconditional missives 10 months before a house exists putting full risk on the buyer. We had to pull out as we're strongly advised not to sign such a thing. No show home to even see what you are getting pushed into buying. Then they pop the property back on the market for more money. Shocking behaviour for such a small company. Avoid!

We purchased a home within the Simshill development and from start to finish Westpoint have been very approachable, friendly and professional. I have dealt with Joyce through the purchasing and up to move in date and Gordon from handover until now.Our own house sale fell through twice and although it was a very stressful time at no point did we feel any pressure from Joyce or Westpoint they just wanted us to keep them updated, which we did. We should have moved in to out new home in June and didn't move until 28th Aug.On handover day, Gordon met us at the house to take us through each room, checking windows, doors and appliances. He had pre set heating timers for us and discussed what would happen over the next few months with contact from them.We had a few items on a snag list and they have appointed various workmen to resolve to our satisfaction within a short time frame.I would recommend anyone to use Westpoint, the quality of the houses, staff and after sales service has been fantastic, and if we were deciding to move, we would use them again.

Really excited to see the completed house and move into our new home at Seafield Gardens. The staff at Westpoint have been fantastic and responsive. Couldn't be more pleased!

Unreliable and dishonest. This company has been stringing my parents along since last October promising imminent completion of a flat that still isn't ready. Elderly parents in limbo who sold their previous home 6 months ago on the strength of Westpoint's assurances. Instead of giving a realistic timeline and sticking to it, they keeping saying it will be a month or a couple of weeks but it's perfectly obvious if you look at the building that it's not going to be ready when they say it is. Some delays are understandable but at this stage the reasons given get sillier each time. They keep discovering things about building regs or health and safety that you'd think they might have known - not reassuring from a supposed quality developer! Would advise people to think twice about buying from them - make sure your health and finances can withstand this kind of treatment before you take the plunge.

Blocking main roads and side roads with cement trucks. Trucks driving the wrong way down one way streets on a daily basis. Litter from the site spreading throughout the nearby area. Pipes blowing out of the site and onto the street. If they build flats like they manage their building site... good luck to the new owners. An unprofessional business.

Incredible experience with Westpoint. The finishings within their properties is to the highest possible standard. Additionally, the customer service I received when purchasing was fantastic. Polite, clear and friendly. Buying a new property is a huge deal and so, feeling worried and nervous is all but natural. But the Westpoint team put me at ease with their professionalism. I knew I was in safe hands. Couldn't recommend more.

After the initial disappointment of having to pull out of purchasing one of the plots, I now feel slightly relieved to not be dealing with this company anymore. I am unimpressed with the way representatives of the company have shown such inconsistency in their approach to customer service, and their failure to make any reasonable accommodations. My dissatisfaction with the company is shared by others and it also extends beyond the sales process. I have been privy to a direct message sent by a resident of the development outlining the after sale issues they have encountered, and the refusal of west point to take responsibility for snagging issues. Glad I didn't go any further with the process, feel I dodged a bullet.
