Can't just rock up and use nfc to pay. Annoying

only type 2 connector is working. awkward spot.other connectors not working It was written there 0.30per kw but they chargedme more than that so i emailed them, they replied late and said they now have different rates and that peak hours will be .75 per kw, which was absurd since this charge station was not even an ultrafast charge, I only got 5kw charged in an hour. They didn't reply from my email again. Such poor customer service. If only stoke has more charging stations and avoid these ones as much as possible
