Despite being outside of Northampton, I had a lot of vocal experience being taught by Izy prior to her moving away. I think this a fair disclaimer given I don't think a change in location would have an impact on the overall quality of tuition. Anyway! Onto the review...I think it's fair to say a huge part of who I am changed for the better because of the singing lessons I took. The confidence and sheer happiness radiating from Izy during lessons made each and every one a fantastic experience and not being able to do them nowadays truly sucks. Regardless, if like me you are hesitant due to the financial costs, please take it from me that these worries will soon fade away. Same goes for if you consider yourself an anxious person as I once did. While I don't consider myself the next Alex Turner, I had a brilliant time trying to be and was never made to feel bad or unskilled. Singing to me was an outlet and a release from the stresses of day to day living, I had no interest in pursuing fame and fortune, I just wanted to express myself I guess. Having Izys ongoing support really did grow my confidence consistently and I believe ultimately, change me. It served as a kind of therapy thanks to how much of a great listener Izy actually was.I really miss our sessions, and I wish the Music Makers studio the absolute best in success, and urge anyone on the fence to give them a shot, especially if you consider yourself a stressed or anxious person.Thanks so much!
