The whole experience is brilliant.It all went smoothly.Same the time when I bought my car and just a week ago my husband bought his car from Ron skinner, from the start until we got the car the staff are very helpful.

As always a friendly welcome from all the staff. I called in on the off chance after a car caught my eye on my commute to work. Within an hour I’d placed down a deposit and test driven the car. The service Ron Skinner provide is second to none. Thorough, professional and prompt. Deposit paid on the Monday and , drove away with car on the Thursday.All members of staff value the custom they receive & it appears they’re working as part of a very cohesive and successful team. I cannot thank the staff at Cross Hands enough in preparing my new car and being on hand to support with questions regarding a cherished plate. A big thanks to Jack who made the whole process seamless- a genuinely top chap and a mention to Michael, Kyle and Andrea for their great work too. A very happy & content customer.

Booked to see one car but had a choice of others on arrival. Sales experience was very relaxed with no pressure whatsoever. This is now the second car I have purchased from RS and probably not the last.

Any time I have called up to book my car in for anything or have any queries I have always spoken to Charlotte. What a lovely woman she is! Really friendly , vibrant and bubbly and her smile lights up the room! Nothing is ever too much of an issue for her and she took the time to explain a lot of things to my very anxious self and for that I can’t thank her enough for easing my mind! Charlottes customer service is second to none and I feel at ease speaking to her when I call or visit. She really is a credit to the Company. Thank you for being so lovely Charlotte! Went in with one car in mind and had the pleasure of having Paul as our salesman, after a quick(ish) look round I found a few cars that took my fancy and eventually settled on a lovely little Peugeot, Paul was very personable and accommodating and very knowledgeable. After originally attempting to finance at a different trade centre, I was met with difficulties and non personal service which left me deflated about the prospect of finding the right car so was very pleased with the whole experience at the ron skinner Tredegar showroom and was treated with respect and understanding. Jonathan, the business manager was also very friendly and offered expert insight in regard to the finance and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Very glad to have picked Ron Skinner for my first vehicle purchase through finance, highly recommended. :)

Found the car I wanted online, spoke to a branch about where the car was and visited the showroom that weekend.Staff were super helpful and not pushy, also had a great sense of humour which helps. Gave me the key and left me to it. Then offered a test drive which was great to show the car was working as expected.Finance paperwork and explanation was easy, recommended what was best based on budget and checked throughout that i understood everything.Really well done and I have bought from other 2nd hand retailers before now and this was the best one!!

we have used Ron Skinner for the past 5years and bought several cars from them at our local showroom in Neyland.I can honestly say its always been an absolute pleasure doing business with them. The staff don't go for the hard sell, they listen to your needs and suggest all the vehicles with in your requirements. the finance is straight forward no hidden costs the quality of cars is as good as the day they first left the showroom.it doesn't matter what your taste in car or level of budget they treat everyone with the same high standard of customer service.they never promise anything they can not for fill.it would take a miracle for myself or my wife to purchase a car from anywhere else.Jason & Jacqueline Rogers
