There aren't many studio gear shop anymore in London with a proper showroom. Juno is one of them with good selection of synths and fortunately it isn't crowded.

Excellent catalogue and I was blown away when the record showed up the next day at my house! Then went on to buy a drum machine and the customer support was super helpful and answered all my tech questions. 10/10 will be buying from them again!

Ordered record on pre-order, over one month past pre-order date no updates (delays are expected, many releases I have purchased have been delayed), but this includes no delay notification that I have received from other vendors regularly in similar situations. Reach out to Juno and they say are still awaiting stock from distributor. four days later I receive an email saying that the release has been cancelled, which is not true, have ordered elsewhere confirming via phone that they have the stock in store, wont be coming back to Juno im afraid.

Juno have a great selection of import vinyl and I’ve ordered from them on a number of occasions with no problems at all. The records have arrived in good time, undamaged and well packaged. If you order more you can save on postage costs. The website is great as you can listen to samples of tracks and it suggests similar items of interest based on your purchases.

I’ve been going to Juno for years to buy equipment. The staff have always been really helpful, their prices are good compared to other suppliers, they always hold a lot of stock, and they’re one of the few remaining music tech shops in London with a demo room.
