Thank you so much for the lovely flowers for my father in laws funeral, absolutely beautiful and everyone commented on them, not the first time I have ordered the last time I rang at 9am for a bouquet to be delivered ASAP and was delivered on time and again beautiful.

Fantastic service from Mark at Anna's florists this morning. I called at 7.30am to try and arrange for some flowers to be delivered to my mum in Blackburn who was having her last day at work. By 8.15am the flowers were delivered to her offices. She was made up!

Amazing service. From the first contact to the delivery, they were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The flowers blew me away. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

A really lovely lady to deal with who was most helpful. She delivered two beautiful flower arrangements for me with a fantastic array of flowers in the colour schemes I had requested at the specified time. Both the recipients were over the moon with their gifts.Thank you once again

I ordered flowers for my grandma’s funeral from Anna’s. The service I received was exceptional. Mark was incredibly attentive to every detail and extremely knowledgeable when advising me on flower choices. The end result was stunning and I can’t thank Anna’s enough for helping me at such a difficult time for my family. Thank you Mark.

I have edited my original review for clarity. For the avoidance of doubt I consider four stars to be a good review. I have used this florist for a number of years to deliver flowers for to sick friends and for other reasons. The recipients have always been happy with what they have received. This would have been a five star review had the recipiant not remarked that the individual delivering the flowers had mentioned, no matter how well meaning, that this was one of the most expensive bunches they do. Anna's dispute exactly what was, and was not, said. However, I can only report on what was said to me as I was not there. Next time I buy from here I will specifically request that the cost of the flowers is not discussed during delivery, even in general terms. This may avoid the ,you shoudn't have
