Cornwall Council Building Control

I did not call pest control but wanted building control but their phone extension was never answered and after leaving message they never contacted me. Very poor for a department whom wield such power connected to building permissions. When I eventually spoke to a switchboard I was told to email BC I did so and guess what, BC did not get back to me. The BC completion certificate was sent to a wrong address, had they have answered phone or email the certificate would have been correctly delivered.
