Sounds a really nice guy over the phone. He came out the same afternoon to remove a lock from my lockup and I didn't even have to be present as I paid him via bank transfer. An absolutely excellent and reasonably priced service. Jon is now in my address book for future reference.

John is a very professional man who certainly knows his stuff. He went above and beyond by adjusting my door and even went back to store after we were given the wrong lock.!! As a vulnerable female he made me feel safe by fitting locks, keeping me updated by phone and I have no hesitation in recommending him. Really worthy of Five Stars.

Been using John for nearly a decade. Unfortunately, the barrel in my back door lock was broken and we were unable to lock the back patio doors last night. Rang John today, and as usual, he arrived at the specified time and fixed it. Always polite, respectful, graceful and full of funny stories. Real family man. Would highly recommend him and would never use anyone else.

Had to call Jon out today, due to locking myself out. Jon arrived really quickly, and managed to get my front door open. No mess, no damage and the job was done quickly. The price was very reasonable, and the service was very friendly and professional. I would recommend Jon very highly.
