Toilet floors are dirty and showing wet and most basins have no hand soap. Not been cleaned in ages. Gained a star because they have the sanitary lids, so the actual toilet was clean

Absolutely disgusting. Had to go in about 10 loos before I could find one without wee and sick all over the place (and this was at 7am!). Wish I could rate lower.
