What no exchange policy???Was sold the wrong colour paint. Returned with the paint to request an exchange for the correct colour. Was told by the same assistant that any mistake would have been mine and that I would have been given the colour I asked for!" and that if I "wanted another colour I would have to buy it!"This left me out of pocket for the cost of the paint. Maybe I should have checked the assistant had given me the correct colour before leaving the store.Went to Bewers round the corner and got a better service."

Was served by a lady today with tattoos & brown hair, so sorry I didn’t catch her name but she was wonderful, paint matched me perfectly & has probably just saved me from losing the deposit on my flat! Really grateful to her for being so helpful & kind & wanted to leave a note to say that. Thanks so much :)

Worst customer service. As a diy person I had 2 questions before deciding on the paint that I want, the dude at the counter was more interested in chatting with his colleagues then actually helping.PLUS there product are much cheaper in different shop like toolstation or B&Q THE SAME PRODUCTS

Came in as a pair of DIY-ers and recieved an excellent 10 litre bucket full of painting wisdom. We now know what to do with our ceilings, walls, skirting and floors (if we so wish). Yes it maybe more expensive than other decorating shops, not that we've tried, but we came out confident in our choice of finishes and how to apply them. Many thanks to the extremely helpful man who served us today, whose name we didn't catch.
