Coles ,Rumney branch went above and beyond to make sure my mums funeral went smoothly. From the moment I had to phone their office when my mum passed to the limousines dropping us to the wake they gave excellent service .This wasn't because they were good at their jobs .Which they are , it's because they truly cared .Thanks to Steven Long , Laura Chandler and all the other wonderful staff who helped us through this heartbreaking time .

The service provided for our great aunts funeral was exceptional, from the initial meeting to the end of the service they were nothing but professional and understanding.
