Went here for coil spring, they were fairly good to deal with. Rang me to explain further complications, were clear on price and the job was done well according to the MOT staff who rechecked my car. Good location too and they open early.

This garage provides first-class servjce. I visited them yesterday with a difficult problem which required the car to go up on the ramp.It was examined thoroughly and a full report was given to me. They charged a minimum fee for doing this.I would recommend Henrietta Mews Garage very highly.

Booked car in for MOT & Service. Not only did they do said work,They also hoovered inside plus their panel beater also managedto get a dent out of the wing at no extra cost. This garage is highly recommended and I will use again in the future.

This is a great garage. My first time here, very last minute / damsel in distress. The team were very friendly, professional and gave a great first impression. Took van in for mot ,had it since new , drove down the road and the centre section of gear stick with numbers just fell off in my hand, internal components were snapped off in a way that could not have been caused by any normal activity undergone in an MOT, the date on the component also a 2013 on my van is the 2019, wear on the gear knob was notably excessive in a way that there is no doubt in my mind that was not my component, they basically stole components of my van and replace them with broken ones , and then basically had the technician call me a lier to my face , I walked out before I lost my composure , avoid at all costs

Brought my car to them after it had been sat unused during a cold snap and needed the handbrake/gears looking at. Other than oiling some parts they seemed reluctant to suggest the replacement of any parts or be able to provide a quote for this work, despite my insistence. Downplaying the condition of the car they let me drive away without a working reverse gear and barely working brakes. They seemed out of their depth beyond basic services; the owner(?) was vague/confused and unable to give me clear information or advice. Absolute waste of time.
