Highly recommended! I've been bringing my dog ​​Emma here for several years now and everything is great.

I can’t praise this kennels highly enough. The dogs are walked daily in a large field. I viewed the kennels and they were spotlessly clean as you would expect.I would not use any other kennels and Sandra is so friendly & very knowledgeable about dogs.Definitely 5*

Never again would I take my dog here. When I dropped her off they didn’t look at her paperwork for her vaccinations.We were then asked for the full payment but we had made 2 payments a couple of months before.I phoned to see how my dog was and they didn’t answer the phone (I rang during their opening times). I phoned a total of 15 times over the course of 3 hours and no one answered.I then decided to collect my dog a day early and am extremely upset. My girl was extremely excited to see me and as soon as I saw her I knew straight away that she had lost an extreme amount of weight over the course of 2 weeks.When I got her home she ate 2 days worth of food in under an hour and is very lethargic so I am now going to have to take her to the vet to get her checked over.I would never recommend these kennels and will tell people to avoid them.

Sandra is lovely and my 2 are always happy when they stay . My 2 dogs are rescue and I was really worried about leaving them the first time. But they seemed to settle in really well and Sandra sent pictures of them loving their walks . Highly recommended .

Awesome kennels. Really can't speak highly enough of this kennels.I would not leave my Dog ( Kayla ) anywhere elts. She loves it there. 10/10, 5 stars and a blue Peter badge.UPDATEEach dog has it's own room with access to it's own private outside area.Plus there is a huge private field that the dogs are walked.The owner is the nicest lady you will ever meet.She even went has far has to send me a video of my dog while I was away on request... I'd never left her before so was very hard for me and this personal touch was priceless.She would be cheap at twice the price.Since posting this my dog has stayed there many many times and is always so happy and excited to see her friend at brookside kennels.

Excellent place and service. My 13 years old Labrador has stayed in many kennels throughout the years and I wish I had found this one earlier! It is a lovely friendly place and Sandra was very welcoming and accommodating, particularly that it was very last minute for us.When I picked him up after 12 days he looked jolly, cheerful and well kept! A little bit muddy too (it was a wet day) which is always a good sign as it means he's been exercised outside! Will definitely book them again!

Many times my dogs have stayed here. They have only ever stayed here as we know how well they are looked after.Sandra does an amazing job every time and my dogs actually run to her as they love it so much.

All these reveiws must be fake . Honestly my pet dog nala went in on the 25th of july we collected her yesterday she is no longer a bouncy and boysterous staff cross . She is subdued and very coy and quiet . She has lost at least 5kg in weight . The lady that runs the kennels does so on her own by the looks of it . Regardless of that my dog has been mistreated im really annoyed and will be reporting her to the rspca. Nothing will probably get done . Long story short. Use this lady at your peril . She isnt caring at all, and your dog will probably get mistreated .

Have used these Kennels the last few years & wouldn’t use any other. my babies are well cared & looked aftered. Believe me I’m fussy who my dogs stay with. Very happy to leave my babies in Sandra’s care.
