I have struggled with chronic insomnia for nearly 8 years after shift work and all sorts of different jobs/routines. Not only has holly helped me from getting 3-4 hours sleep to at least 6/7 hours sleep a night, she has taught me so many tools and knowledge that i can go forward with to continue improving my sleep week on week. The difference to my every day life is black and white, i couldn't recommend it enough!

Working with Holly through the 6 week Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia course has greatly improved my behaviours and particular my thought processes around sleep, leading to a significant improvement in the quality of my sleep.Throughout, Holly was a calm, compassionate supportive presence, always encouraging, and basing her thoughts on well-supported, scientific evidence. Hollys simple, easy to do and very effective recommendations meant I went from struggling to sleep for hours at night, to falling asleep within 10-15 minutes within a matter of days. She explained everything so I understood what I was doing and how it was affecting my sleep, even the things I thought were helping were actually making it worse! 10/10 would recommend to anyone struggling to sleep at night or get quality sleep!
