Masters Garage

They really helped in our hour of need and did a full safety check which made me feel very reassured and able to continue the journey with my young child. I was pretty worried and stressed on arrival but they were very kind. If I lived closer I would definitely use this garage as my regular and I am extremely thankful for their help.

We were heading to the airport to fly off for my husbands birthday, when our car decided to give up on the motorway. We rang RAC and luckily Mike came out within 25 minutes. He was unable to fix and wanted to help us sort transport asap so took us to masters garage to sort a hire van. Once there the van hadn’t yet arrived, but John and Lorraine went above and beyond offering help! They managed to get the car in for a quick turnaround, with the mechanic working through his lunch. They provided us coffee while we waited, and even sang my husband happy birthday along with cake!The car was sorted so quickly, and we were back on the road happy and relaxed. These people were so kind and the service felt so genuine. Thankyou all!

Dropped car off without appointment they checked it out straight away, kept me updated and got the car fixed within 36 hours. Great customer service and well priced. Will be using again

Extortionate price for new clutch and 2 tyres after RAC took car here after breakdown. Very rude person rang me citing various issues with my car, querying when it was last serviced & what that had entailed. Would never return here. £65 pr hrs plus VAT labour charge.

Brought my car in for a repair and was told that it’s not repairable and needs to be scrapped as it’s an MOT failure. Took it to a different mechanic who fixed it within less than 2 hours. The car passed it’s MOT a few months later, I did almost 10,000 miles since and it’s still driving absolutely fine…

Had no issues with the service

Took the car for the mot they done the mot (unfortunately failed)on different stuff but to my annoyece they left the light on and drained my battery since then every time I try to start the car Im able to I've spend quite a bit of money having the water pump changed just to be told that all of a sudden there another leak from the thermostat, which is hasn't been flagged up by others, I've changed the brakes and disc myself just to be told that I need to change calipers as well and quoted me over 300 to have it done took it to another place and I had it done for 80 plus parts which were 65 never use them again
