Big thanks to Tom today for going the extra mile with finding a duplicate tyre for my bike. Very friendly very knowledgeable and good sense of humour. Always had great service from the cycle dept. Excellent reps for the company!

Bought a bike £250.00.On the day of collection the bike was not booked in for assembly which I had requested. Then I had to go back as the mudguards were not fitted.The bike is also scratched through carless handling. The staff don't care . Halfords don't seem to like a honest review I received an email informing me my honest review had been taken down. A company you can add to your list of a don't care attitude.

Came in today to have my rear brake light bulb replaced, had both replaced, the guy did a free check on tyres, oil, screen wash, which was absolutely fine. Then went to pay for the bulbs which cost me only £3.69 then I was charged £9 for each bulb to be fitted. How do you justify that. Now I've seen how it's done, i will do my own next time. And I'm a 67 year old pensioner.

It was okay, they don't carry as wide a stock as they used to, just generic items. On the other hand they do cater for order in store. When I visited, their online shelf units were all down, didn't get to do the shop I expected to because I couldn't identify the items I needed for the vehicle I planned to work on.

Popped in on an Friday evening to get an new battery and to have it fitted there and then and was also offered the free 10 point check as part of Halfords Motoring Club perks (the the ordinary level membership not paid for). Sorted efficiently and promptly, screen wash topped up, wiper blades checked, bulbs checked, tyre pressure topped up, battery replacedand fitted. Would use again.
