I was so anxious due to a previous unpleasant experience. I was shaking and in tears whilst sat in the waiting room. The dentist took the time to understand where my fear originated from. He was gentle, compassionate and kind talking me through the whole process. I had an extraction which was painless and successful. I can’t thank this dentist enough.

I arrived ten minutes late and Tim still managed to see me. It was my first time at the practice and Jackie and Caz made me feel extremely welcome. Great communication and advice throughout the consultation and have no doubt that i'm in safe hands for the rest of my treatment plan. Good Job Team!

Always a warm friendly welcome on arrival. For someone who is nervous I have always been put at ease from checkup to any treatment required.Had to call for an appointment due to pain. Got appointment following day & checked over, reassured me that nerve pain would settle. As having surgery in 10 days Tim put my mind at ease. Thank Jackie for my appointment at short notice.

I am always terrified of the visit to the dentist and find the hygienist treatment traumatic as I suffer from Meniere's Disease so the noise and vibration causes dizziness. I explained this to the hygienist and she introduced me to the woodpecker" scaling machine and it was wonderful. She undertook a deep clean under my gums and it was painless with no after effects. I think that this machine should be available for everyone
